These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the BioNutra website, digital products, consultations, health packages, events, and all services provided by BioNutra Company Limited (“BioNutra,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing this website or purchasing any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the website and BioNutra services immediately.
1. Intellectual Property
All digital protocols, therapeutic programs, automated nutrition outputs, content, images, graphics, logos, videos, branding, product formulations, written text, and all other materials available on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of BioNutra Company Limited and are protected under copyright and trademark laws. No material may be copied, reproduced, distributed, uploaded, modified, shared, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from BioNutra. Unauthorized use may result in legal action and compensation claims.
2. Use of Website and Services
By using this website, you agree to act responsibly, ethically, and in compliance with these Terms. You may not disrupt website functionality, misuse BioNutra services, attempt to gain unauthorized access, provide false information, or use BioNutra content for unlawful or unauthorized purposes. You must not interfere with system security or attempt to extract backend data.
BioNutra reserves the right to deny access to any user who violates these Terms or engages in prohibited behavior.
3. Termination of Access
BioNutra may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, restrict, suspend, or permanently terminate your access to the website or any of our services if you violate these Terms, misuse BioNutra materials, engage in fraudulent activity, attempt to hack or manipulate our systems, or participate in any action that harms the integrity of the BioNutra platform. Termination does not limit our right to pursue further legal remedies.
4. Payment Terms
Payments for BioNutra services must be made only through the official payment channels communicated directly by BioNutra. These may include secure online payment links, direct bank deposits, or any other approved method specified by BioNutra at the time of payment.
A payment is considered complete only after confirmation is issued by BioNutra or by the authorized payment provider handling the transaction.
BioNutra does not accept mobile money transfers sent to personal numbers, unauthorized cash payments, or any payment made through channels not officially communicated by BioNutra. The customer is responsible for ensuring that payment is made through the correct and authorized method.
BioNutra is not responsible for delays or failures caused by incorrect payment details, customer error, internet issues, or third-party processing interruptions.
5. Delivery of Digital Protocols
Digital nutrition protocols, therapeutic protocols, PDF documents, app-based outputs, and automated nutrition reports are considered fully delivered once sent to your email, WhatsApp number, dashboard, or any communication channel linked to your purchase. Accessing or viewing the file constitutes complete delivery.
Digital protocols are strictly non-refundable, as they are delivered intellectual property.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
6.1 Digital Protocols
Digital protocols are non-refundable once purchased and accessed, as they are considered delivered intellectual property.
6.2 Consultation Services
Consultation cancellations made at least twenty-four hours before the scheduled time qualify for a full rescheduling credit. Failure to attend a booked session without notice is non-refundable.
6.3 Health Packages and Physical Products
Refunds or exchanges are offered only for unopened, unused, and undamaged physical products returned within seven days of delivery. Opened food products, supplements, or customized nutrition kits cannot be refunded due to safety and health regulations. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
6.4 Events & Training (BioNutra Impact Series)
Cancellations made
seven or more days before the event are eligible for a full refund or credit.
Cancellations made less than seven days but at least three days before the
event qualify for a fifty-percent refund or credit.
Cancellations made less than three days before the event are non-refundable but
may be transferred to another participant.
No-shows are strictly non-refundable.
6.5 Subscription Plans
Subscriptions, including protocol follow-ups and continuous support plans, may be canceled anytime before the next billing cycle. Refunds are not issued for the current billing cycle, but no further charges will apply after cancellation.
6.6 Refund Request Procedure
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@bionutra.co.tz and copied to bionutra7@gmail.com. Approved refunds are processed within seven to fourteen business days to the original payment method. BioNutra reserves the right to reject any refund request that does not comply with this policy.
7. Shipping and Delivery
BioNutra provides delivery services within Tanzania and may, upon request and subject to approval, arrange shipments to customers outside Tanzania. Availability of international delivery depends on courier options, customs regulations, and logistical conditions in the destination country.
Delivery timelines vary according to region, courier capacity, customs clearance, and operational factors beyond BioNutra’s control. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring availability to receive their order.
For international shipments, the customer is responsible for all applicable customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, and any additional charges imposed by the destination country.
Any damaged or missing deliveries must be reported to BioNutra within forty-eight hours of receipt, together with supporting evidence such as photographs and courier documentation. Reports made after this timeframe may not qualify for replacement. BioNutra is not liable for delays, losses, or additional charges caused by courier services, customs authorities, or circumstances outside our control..
8. Returns Policy
BioNutra accepts returns only for unopened, unused, and undamaged products returned within seven days of delivery. Products that are opened, used, tampered with, or damaged cannot be returned. BioNutra reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
9. Medical and Nutritional Disclaimer
BioNutra does not provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment, emergency services, or clinical prescriptions. All nutrition protocols, functional foods, recommendations, and guidance provided by BioNutra are intended to support wellness, nutrition, and lifestyle improvement. They are not substitutes for medical advice. Customers should consult a qualified healthcare professional before making health decisions or altering any prescribed treatment. BioNutra is not liable for any outcomes resulting from misuse of our products, failure to follow instructions, undisclosed medical conditions, or self-directed health choices.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
BioNutra collects personal information, including your name, contact details, health concerns, purchase history, and consultation data, for the purposes of service delivery, customer support, personalization, and operational improvement. We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties. Data may be shared with trusted service providers such as DPO for payment processing and CRM platforms for service fulfillment.
BioNutra employs reasonable security measures to protect your information, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

12. Acceptable Use Policy
